Saint Michael's church, Bodenham
GENERAL
The Group is open to all interested residents of Bodenham, Herefordshire.
Honorary membership is open to non-residents with the agreement of the Group.
Information and comments from former residents are particularly welcome.
ORGANISATION
No fewer than 3 nor more than 5 persons (chosen from amongst Group members) shall be charged with:
ensuring that the Group acts in accordance with its aims
managing any finances acquired to enable the Group to carry out its aims
One individual shall be appointed Treasurer and shall be responsible for holding any funds and ensuring that financial management shall be carried out according to the standards of the day for organisations of similar size and complexity.
